Catch Up Audio Issues

Hi all,

I have a problem with the audio for i, Robot on Catch Up. The DSTV logos/ads at the beginning are fine, but once the actual movie starts the only audio is white noise. Other Catch Up titles available to me at the moment that I have tested are fine. This is not the first time I have had this problem, although I can't remember what title gave me the issue before.

I am using a model 1 Explora on the Compact bouquet. I have tried fiddling with my audio setup to see if it would help, but didn't have any luck.
